Apps that ship and keep working.

I'm Sohrab, a Flutter developer in Herat, Afghanistan. I build mobile apps from idea to launch, handling everything from design and development to testing and release.

Both apps are live on the App Store and Google Play, and I built them from start to finish. Each case study shows the problem, how I built the app, and a real recording of it in action.

Approach

How I work.

Four years of building mobile products has mostly taught me what to decide early.

More about me
  1. 01

    Architecture before features

I start with a clear structure before adding features. The goal is to keep the code easy to understand and maintain, even long after the app is launched.

  2. 02

    Assume the network will fail

Many users rely on unstable mobile connections, so offline states, retries, and clear error handling are part of the app from the beginning, not something added later.

  3. 03

Go beyond the framework when needed

When there was no suitable Dart client for MikroTik's binary protocol, I built one myself. I use existing packages when they help, but I am willing to build what the project actually needs.

  4. 04

Shipping is part of the job

Building the features is only part of the work. Signing, store releases, updates, crash reporting, and keeping the app reliable in production are all part of delivering a finished product.
